Goodman Fielder Gluten-Free Factory
Objectives
TEG was commissioned to project manage the development of a gluten-free production facility for Goodman Fielder. The scope of the project included:
- Four new production lines
- GMP fit-out of building for gluten -free
- Total project value was $ 2.0m
TEG project managed the fit-out of staff amenities, production and warehousing.
Results
The project was delivered on time, on budget, without incident and achieved the required benefits. The facility fulfilled the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements for the gluten-free facility.
