Objectives
TEG were selected to project manage a trade waste upgrade at a Pepsico manufacturing site. The project scope included:
- Investigative study to determine a strategy to improve robustness of the trade waste systrem
- Process improvements
- Control system upgrade
- Capital value $1m across multiple stages.
Challanges
- Developing a cost effective solution that ensures compliance
Results
The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
