Jam Handling System
Objectives
A biscuit manufacturing client commissioned TEG to provide project engineering and management of a jam handling system to drive efficiency in their manufacturing process. The project scope included:
- Jam delivery to depositer.
- Saving in material costs and reduced manual handling.
Challenges
- Installing equipment in a working factory environment.
Results
The project was completed on budget and without incident. The facility has provided the required payback giving labour and material savings.
