Objectives
TEG undertook a plant rationalisation study for Goodman Fielder’s Smallgoods manufacturing plants and developed a strategy to reduce costs. TEG then managed the capital project from concept through to final commissioning and hand-over.
Results
Goodman Fielder reduced cost through rationalising the number of plants manufacturing the full range of smallgoods and annual savings were generated that exceeded the business case. There was a seamless transition period with no disruption to market supply.
