Meadow Lea Refinery Control System Upgrade
Objectives
TEG were commissioned to develop a specification, RFP and contract for the replacement of an obsolete PLC control system in the edible oil refinery. The total project value was $ 500k.
Challenges
The new control system was installed during a shut-down and the plant had to be operational immediately.
Results
The new control system was commissioned with minimal issues. The project was on-time, under budget and without incident.
